As a child, I would pore over wedding albums, fascinated by the world contained within their pages. I was drawn to the fashion, the emotions, the family traditions and the sense that something truly significant had taken place. My connection to weddings began long before I ever photographed one.

That feeling has never left me. Since then I have forged over a decade long career in the wedding industry working across styling and photography.

I am still moved by the anticipation before a ceremony begins, the expression of someone seeing the person they love, the pride of a parent and the energy that fills a celebration once formality gives way to joy. These are the moments that make every wedding entirely its own.

What inspires me is the opportunity to preserve that complete story: its beauty and spectacle, but also its tenderness, personality and relationships. To create photographs that become more meaningful with time and eventually form part of a family’s history is a privilege I never take lightly.
